Service Description
VisaNow is a NOTIFICATION SERVICE ONLY. We monitor visa appointment centers for availability and send instant notifications when appointments become available. We DO NOT: Book appointments on your behalf, Reserve or hold appointment slots, Guarantee appointment availability, Have any affiliation with visa centers or embassies, Provide visa application services.
User Responsibilities
You agree to: Book appointments manually on official websites, Act quickly when notified (slots fill fast), Use the service legally and ethically, Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the service.
Service Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantee: We do NOT guarantee that you will secure an appointment, notification delivery timing, accuracy of appointment availability, or uninterrupted service availability. Shared Notifications: All users monitoring the same visa center receive notifications simultaneously. You compete with other users and walk-in applicants for available slots. Technical Limitations: Monitoring frequency is every 2-5 minutes. Notification delays may occur. Service may be temporarily unavailable. Data accuracy depends on visa center websites.
Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans: Backpacker Plan (monitor up to 1 visa center), Wanderer Plan (monitor up to 3 visa centers). Pricing is displayed in the app and App Store. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your device's App Store settings. How to Cancel: iOS: Settings, Your Name, Subscriptions, VisaNow, Cancel Subscription. Refund Policy: No partial refunds for remaining subscription time. Platform refunds handled by Apple (within 48 hours of purchase). We may consider refunds for technical failures, billing errors, or service not provided as described. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are NOT liable for missed appointments, visa application outcomes, financial losses, or third-party website errors. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the service fraudulently, abuse the service, or engage in illegal activities. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
No Affiliation with Visa Centers
We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any visa application centers, embassies, consulates, or government agencies. We are an independent third-party service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States.
