How do notifications work?
We monitor visa centers 24/7 and send instant notifications to all users when slots become available. You'll need to book manually on the official website.
Can you book appointments for me?
No, we only send notifications. You must book the appointment yourself on the official visa center website when you receive an alert.
Will I definitely get an appointment?
We cannot guarantee appointments. All users monitoring the same center receive notifications simultaneously, and slots fill quickly.
How fast are notifications sent?
Notifications are typically delivered within minutes of detecting an available slot. We check visa centers frequently to ensure you don't miss an opportunity.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's App Store settings. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > VisaNow > Cancel Subscription.
Can I monitor multiple visa centers?
Yes! The Backpacker Plan allows 1 center, while the Wanderer Plan allows up to 3 centers simultaneously.
Why didn't I get an appointment even though I got a notification?
Appointments fill very quickly, often within seconds. All users monitoring the same center receive notifications at the same time, so speed is essential.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > VisaNow and ensure Allow Notifications is on.
App crashes or freezes
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.
Subscription not activating
Restore your purchases in the app settings. If the issue continues, contact us at appointment@visanow.co.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please use the account deletion option in the app settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including preferences, subscription history, and personal information will be permanently removed.
